NADRA launches public awareness drive to promote Pak-ID App in Islamabad

ISLAMABAD, July 27 (APP): To make digital identity services more accessible, NADRA launched a special public awareness campaign at Centaurus Mall in Islamabad, showcasing its Pak-ID Mobile App.

Set up early Saturday morning and running into the evening, the NADRA stall drew large crowds. Citizens stopped by throughout the day, where NADRA staff helped them download the app and guided them through its many digital features.

The response was overwhelmingly positive. Many visitors welcomed the initiative as a step forward in digital governance, praising NADRA’s efforts to modernize and simplify public services.

“NADRA is truly setting an example by creating user-friendly solutions and helping people understand how to use them,” said one visitor.

Others were impressed by the convenience the app offers. “It’s such a relief not having to visit NADRA offices again and again. Now, it’s all just a few taps away,” shared another attendee.

Speaking at the event, NADRA Spokesman Syed Shabahat Ali encouraged the public to embrace the digital shift. “This app brings services to your fingertips fast, simple, and completely free,” he said. “And we’re not stopping here. NADRA will soon launch similar drives in other major cities.

With more citizen-focused features on the way, NADRA is paving the path for a more digital, accessible future for identity services across Pakistan.
