ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Azam Swati rearrested after being released from Attock jail.
Former federal minister, Azam Swati was re-arrested by the police as soon as he was released from Attock Jail.
According to the police, Azam Swati was arrested from outside Attock Jail. Taxila and Hassan Abdal police stations have registered cases against the former minister and other leaders.
It should be noted that Azam Swati was arrested from Islamabad during the protest last month and later transferred to Attock Jail.
Anti-Terrorism and District Court of Islamabad granted bail to Azam Swati in 8 different cases and ordered his release.

Earlier, An anti-terrorism court (ATC) granted interim bail to Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Azam Khan Swati in six cases related to the May-9 riots.
The court stopped the police from arresting Azam Swati and instructed the PTI leader to join the investigation.
ATC Judge Arshad Javed heard the bail petitions of Azam Swati, who was also present during the proceedings.
Azam Swati stated that the police had falsely implicated him in six cases, including attacks on Jinnah House and Askari Tower, torching of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz office in Model Town, and police vehicles in Gulberg.
