Samsung has officially confirmed its next unpacked event, ending weeks of speculation and leaks. The company will host the highly anticipated showcase in New York City on July 9 and stream it live on its official YouTube channel and website.
Samsung will unveil the Galaxy Z Fold 7 and Galaxy Z Flip 7 at the center of its Unpacked event. The company plans to introduce significant upgrades, including slimmer designs, improved durability, and advanced AI integration to enhance the overall user experience.
Samsung is preparing to expand its wearable ecosystem by revealing the Galaxy Watch 8 series and the all-new Galaxy Watch Ultra 2025. The company plans to introduce the Watch Ultra with a rugged design and advanced health tracking features, targeting fitness enthusiasts and outdoor users.
No ‘Ultra’ Foldable, Confirms Samsung:
Early speculation suggested that Samsung might launch a new “Ultra” foldable model, but trusted sources have clarified that the term refers to upgraded features within the Galaxy Z Fold 7, not a separate device.Alongside the new hardware, Samsung plans to showcase software innovations, including the debut of One UI 8 powered by Android 16. The latest software will introduce AI-driven features that enhance personalization, boost efficiency, and enable smarter interactions across devices.
Rumors suggest that the Galaxy S25 FE might appear at Unpacked. Although the device is reportedly ready, Samsung may delay its launch to avoid product overlap, as the company usually focuses on one product category per event.
With a strong lineup of devices and software upgrades, Samsung is set to deliver one of the year’s biggest tech events at Unpacked. The company continues to lead in foldable innovation and is now intensifying its efforts to integrate AI across its ecosystem, aiming to create a smarter, more connected future.
Samsung will unveil its next wave of flagship products at the upcoming event, delivering major announcements and forward-looking features for tech enthusiasts.
