Zaid Ali T Expresses Concern Over Rising Divorce Rates in Pakistan

  • Zaid Ali is a renowned digital creator from Pakistan.
  • Zaid Ali is disappointed with the increased divorce trend in Pakistan.
  • He criticized the trend of fake pictures and videos of happy relationships.
Zaid Ali T, a renowned digital creator from Pakistan and one of the pioneers of YouTube content in the country, recently voiced his concerns over the increasing divorce rates in Pakistan.

Zaid, who is happily married to Yumna and has two children, is well-known for his comedy skits and enjoys a massive following on social media, with 3.4 million Instagram followers, 3.48 million YouTube subscribers, and 1.6 million TikTok followers.

In a recent discussion, the popular social media influencer and digital creator addressed the troubling rise in divorce rates, attributing it to the negative impact of social media on the younger generation.

Zaid  remarked that social media has distorted the mindset of the youth, leading them to believe and imitate everything they encounter online. He expressed his disappointment, highlighting the detrimental effect this trend is having on relationships in Pakistan.

Taking his thoughts about divorce to the Instagram, Zaid Ali T wrote, “It breaks my heart to say this but…It almost seems that every other post I see nowadays is someone getting divorced. We live in an era in where social media has corrupted our minds. We live in an era where we post fake pictures and videos of our happy relationship on our stories just to fake it in front of the world and the people that don’t matter. We live in an era where we believe only our marriage has issues and everyone else’s marriage is perfect. We live in an era where we believe that leaving our partner is better than resolving our issues. We live in an era where cheating has become so common. We unfortunately live in an era where marriage has become a joke”.

Recently, Aagha Ali and Hina Altaf’s divorce made headlines after Madeha Naqvi discussed it on her show. Additionally, a well-known social media couple also announced their separation. Both stories are currently trending on social media.
