A resolution to prevent terrorist attacks in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was passed by a majority in the Punjab Assembly.
The resolution was introduced by Punjab Assembly member Hina Pervaiz Butt, who highlighted the bravery of the Punjab Police in stopping terrorist activities. It praised the police for their courage in foiling the terrorists' plans during an operation.
The resolution also emphasized that Pakistan’s security forces are fully capable of dealing with any threats. It condemned the attack by Khawarij terrorists and strongly stated that such terrorists and their supporters would not be allowed to succeed under any circumstances.
