Pakistan Army slammed provocative remarks from top Indian military officials, calling them “delusional, jingoistic, and dangerous.” The announcement comes amid soaring tensions between the two nuclear-armed neighbors, raising fears of a renewed confrontation in South Asia.
In a statement released by the ISPR, it said the aggressive remarks from India's security leadership are a cause for concern.
The statement added that Indian rhetoric is manufacturing excuses to invite aggression. The world has already recognized India as the true face of cross-border terrorism.
This year, India’s actions brought two nuclear powers to the brink of war. The statement said India has seemingly forgotten its destroyed fighter jets and Pakistan’s devastating capabilities.
According to the ISPR, the provocative tone of India’s defence leadership raises serious fears; if a new conflict breaks out, Pakistan will respond resolutely and without hesitation.
The Pakistan Armed Forces say they have the capability to take the fight to every corner. The ISPR warned that the notion of any geographic "safe zone" will be ended.
As for the talk of erasing Pakistan from the map, India must know that if situation comes, the erasure will be mutual.
