National Paigham-e-Aman Committee: Message of unity and peace

Ulema from all schools of thought reaffirmed their commitment to unity.

The National Paigham-e-Aman Committee has issued a strong message promoting unity and peace among Muslim communities and states.

The committee emphasized wahdat-o-ittihad (unity and solidarity) across different sects and Muslim countries, highlighting the importance of harmonious relations between Pakistan and Iran.

The committee condemned Israeli aggression in Palestine and expressed serious concern over recent developments at Masjid Al-Aqsa, stressing that the protection of Al-Aqsa and other holy sites is a religious obligation.

Ulema from all schools of thought reaffirmed their commitment to unity and rejected any form of sectarian fitna.

The committee criticized Israel’s attempts to divide the Ummah and underlined the responsible role of religious scholars and the state in maintaining unity. Pakistan was highlighted as a nuclear Muslim state and a source of pride for the Ummah, with Pakistan-Iran solidarity emphasized as crucial for regional harmony.

In support of Palestine, the committee announced a nationwide gathering (ijtima) under themes such as Youm-e-Tahafuz-e-Harmain Sharifain, Youm-ul-Quds, and Youm-ul-Aqsa to show solidarity with the Palestinian people.
