Eight members of the same family, including three women and children, died in a tragic accident when their car slipped off the road and fell into a deep ravine near Muttah Banda on the Karakoram Highway.
The family was on their way from Rawalpindi to Gilgit when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
Rescue teams and local volunteers reached the scene and recovered the bodies. All the victims were from Rawalpindi and belonged to the same family.
Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah expressed deep sorrow over the incident, calling it a heartbreaking loss and offered condolences to the grieving family.
