Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Police have sent a second report to the federal government regarding the attack on Chinese engineers in Bisham.
According to the KP Police report, based on the preliminary investigation, it seems that the vehicle carrying the Chinese nationals was not bulletproof or bombproof, while a lady engineer is also included among the dead Chinese nationals.
According to the report, an aerial photograph of the crime scene has also been obtained, and Bisham police station is about 6 km away, while Dasu Dam is 77 km away from the crime scene.
The report said that the destroyed bus was 15 feet away from the other bus, and the suicide blast plunged the bus 300 feet deep.
According to the report, CCTV cameras were installed in all the buses involved in the Chinese convoy, and fragments of the vehicle used by the suicide bomber have been recovered.
Earlier, as many as six people including five Chinese engineers were killed as a suicide bomber rammed a vehicle full of explosives into a vehicle in the Bisham area of Shangla district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Inspector General of Police (DIG) Malakand said the vehicle was going to Kohistan from Islamabad. Chinese engineers were going to the Dasu camp from Islamabad. Six people, including five Chinese nationals, have been killed in the suicide attack.
DIG Malakand has said that the attackers rammed a car full of explosives with the car of Chinese passengers.
