Israel has shown occupied Kashmir as part of Pakistan, causing stir in India

In a surprising development, the Israeli military — one of India’s closest allies — depicted Jammu and Kashmir as part of Pakistan in a map it recently shared.

This incident surfaced amid escalating tensions between Iran and Israel and quickly went viral on social media. Users began tweeting that Israel, India’s key ally, had shown occupied Kashmir as Pakistani territory.

The move triggered a diplomatic stir. The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) had shared a tweet regarding Iran, which included a map. In that map, Jammu and Kashmir was marked as part of Pakistan. Additionally, disputed areas along the Chinese border were also shown as part of China.

This unexpected depiction has sparked significant debate and concern in diplomatic circles.
