Islamabad: The Accountability Court has further approved the three-day physical remand of former federal minister Fawad Chauhdhry, Bol News reported on Monday.

Islamabad Accountability Court Judge Muhammad Bashir heard the Fawad Chaudhry in construction projects in Jhelum. In this regard, NAB presented the former minister in court.

On behalf of Fawad Chaudhry, lawyer Amir Abbas and NAB prosecutor appeared in court.

During the hearing, the judge asked Faisal Chaudhry if he had to talk. Let’s talk, and Faisal Chaudhry replied, ”Where do the talks end?”

The lawyer, while giving an argument, said that NAB is trying to harass Fawad Chaudhry. There are 26 days for physical remand, but the inquiry has not been completed yet, and no land has been transferred in Fawad’s name. What to do with Fawad Chaudhry? What was recovered in 26 days?

Meanwhile, NAB requested Fawad Chaudhry’s four-day physical remand, to which the judge told Faisal Chaudhry that you are not on physical remand, right? Faisal Chaudhry said I had received the notice.

Later, the court reserved the decision on the physical remand of Fawad Chaudhry, which, after hearing it, sometimes accepted the request of NAB.
