MIANWALI: Punjab Police and Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) have killed ten terrorists in a joint operation conducted in Makarwal area of Mianwali.
Spokesperson of Punjab police said over 10 terrorist have been neutralized in a joint operation conducted by Punjab Police and CTD in Makarwal area of Mianwali. Reportedly more terrorists were also injured in the operation.
A Local civilian was injured after being shot in his leg by terrorist. He has been shifted to the hospital for medical treatment.
The Operation is being conducted under the direct supervision of Regional Police Officer(RPO) Sargodha region Shahzad Asif Khan and District Police Officer (DPO) Mianwali Akhter Farooq.
Spokesperson Punjab police said All the police officers and DPO Mianwali Akhter Farooq are completely safe.
Inspector General of Police (IGP) Punjab Dr. Usman Anwar commended Minawali police on the remarkable success against the terrorist.
He said Punjab police is on high alert and will crush the evil intentions of terrorist.
