RAWALPINDI: The Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) has released the details of martyrs and injured during in Indian strikes betwen military confrontation with the arch-rival.
According to ISPR, 40 civilians lost their lives as a result of the unprovoked and brutal attacks by the Indian armed forces among the martyrs were 7 women and 15 children, while 121 civilians sustained injuries.
Pakistan's Armed Forces conducted a vigorous and concrete retaliation against the enemy's aggression under Operation Bunyad-e-Marsous in this operation, in which the enemy's military bases were targeted, causing heavy damage to the enemy.
In a strong and resolute response under Operation Bunyad-e-Marsous, 11 Pakistani soldiers embraced martyrdom while defending the nation while 78 were injured. The martyrs include Pakistan Army and Pak Air Force personnel.
The martyrs of the Pakistan Army include Naik Abdul Rahman, Lance Naik Dilawar Khan, Lance Naik Ikramullah, Naik Waqar Khalid, Soldier Mohammad Adeel Akbar and Soldier Nisar Nisar.
Among the martyrs of the Pakistan Air Force who laid down their lives during the operation are: Squadron Leader Usman Yousaf, Chief Technician Aurangzeb, Senior Technician Najeeb, Corporal Technician Farooq and Senior Technician Mubashir.
These brave personnel embraced martyrdom while fulfilling their duty with courage and dedication in the face of Indian aggression.
The ISPR said that the great sacrifice of the martyrs is a permanent symbol of bravery, dedication and irregularities for the nation, the great sacrifices of the martyrs will be fresh in the minds of the nation forever.
The army pays tribute to the civilians and soldiers who were martyred and the entire nation praying for the immediate recovery of the wounded.
The ISPR has made it clear that Pakistan is ready to pay all costs to defend its territory and that every enemy's aggression will be responded.
