ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court(IHC)ordered to remove Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf(PTI) leader Zartaj Gul's name from the Exit Control List(ECL) and sought a report within a week.
Islamabad High Court heard the petition to remove PTI leader Zartaj Gul's name from ECL.
The report said that the FIR card was presented, there are names in 2 cases. On which Justice Tariq Mahmood said that the names of terrorists are not included and the assembly members are coming to the court.
The court inquired whether there are only two cases, are they on bail in both. The lawyer replied that she is on bail in both the cases.
On which the court said that there are minor charges and all are bailable and put the names in the ECL. The court ordered to immediately remove her name from ECL and also call those who includes such names in next hearing.
The Islamabad High Court ordered the removal of Zartaj Gul's name from the ECL and ordered the Assistant Attorney General to submit a report within a week.

Earlier, Islamabad High Court(IHC) declared the arrest of former federal minister and Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf (PTI) leader Shireen Mazari illegal.
Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani of the Islamabad High Court delivered reservedverdict in which the court declared the arrest illegal and also invalidated the report of the commission.
