ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Secretary General Salman Akram Raja has officially announced the leadership of the newly formed Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aain Pakistan (Movement for the Protection of the Constitution of Pakistan).
According to Raja, veteran politician Mahmood Khan Achakzai will serve as Chairman, while Allama Raja Nasir Abbas has been appointed Vice Chairman of the movement.
He stated that the movement aims to uphold constitutional supremacy and safeguard the judiciary and democratic institutions.
Raja also criticized the government's handling of key issues such as sugar and petrol, saying that negligence had been shown. “We have now decided to raise our voice on every forum,” he asserted.
Chairman of Tehreek Tahaffuz-e-Aain Pakistan, Mahmood Achakzai, stressed that the global situation is increasingly unstable and urged Pakistan to make critical decisions in response.
He called on the Parliament to pass a formal resolution declaring Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a war criminal and murderer, reflecting Pakistan’s stance on international humanitarian concerns.
