ISLAMABAD: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) strongly rejects the unfounded accusations leveled against its President, Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh, by a disgruntled and frustrated member of the previous ruling group,Statements by non-elected and unrelated persons reveal their nefarious motives, these accusations come from a failed leader who suffered a resounding defeat in the recent FPCCI elections after four years of underwhelming and mismanaged leadership.

The false claim of moving the FPCCI Head Office to Islamabad is simply a fabrication; records of FPCCI’s Executive Committee Meetings show that it was the opposition group that initiated such discussions, only to be stopped by the current leadership.
We openly challenge the critics to present a report of their activities during their four years in power and compare it with the achievements under Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh’s leadership. They have nothing substantial to show and resort to baseless accusations out of jealousy and resentment.
Individuals like the one accusing Mr. Atif Ikram Sheikh are a negative influence on society—unwilling to accept their failures and the success of others. Rather than engaging in productive work, they focus on spreading false narratives.
