In June 2025, following the implementation of the 2025–26 budget, there has been a significant drop in the prices of Suzuki Alto in Pakistan — good news for those planning to buy a small car.
The new ex-factory price of the Suzuki Alto 660cc VXR and VXR Upgraded (Manual) models is now set at Rs. 2,707,000, down from the previous price of Rs. 2,827,000, showing a clear reduction.
The price of the Alto VXR AGS (Auto Gear Shift) model has also decreased to Rs. 2,894,000, from the earlier Rs. 2,965,209 — a drop of over Rs. 71,000.
Although the price of the Alto VXL AGS Upgraded model has not been reduced, it remains steady at Rs. 3,140,000. This version is the most feature-rich among the Alto variants.
Why is this price drop important?
The 2025–26 budget introduced reduced import duties and lower registration charges, which have directly impacted the prices of small cars like the Alto.
