In a bold move to shake up the digital media landscape TikTok has partnered with celebrity video platform Cameo giving fans the chance to receive personalised videos from their favourite creators without ever leaving the app.

The new integration allows US-based creators to offer custom Cameo messages directly within TikTok making it easier than ever for fans to connect with influencers and celebrities.

Meanwhile, existing Cameo creators gain access to TikTok’s massive audience, creating fresh opportunities to expand their fan base and boost earnings.

This partnership reflects a larger trend in social media platforms increasingly rely on influencers to drive engagement and create viral moments. Cameo CEO Steven Galanis revealed that “Cameo videos often go viral on TikTok,” and TikTok creators delivered their most successful year on Cameo in 2025.

Cameo, once valued at $1 billion during the COVID-19 boom, has faced recent challenges including a drop in valuation and stiff competition. This collaboration, along with other platform innovations, is a key step to maintain relevance and attract new users.

By combining TikTok’s vast reach with Cameo’s personalised video offerings the partnership promises to redefine how creators and fans interact, blurring the line between digital content and real-world connection.

Fans can look forward to closer, more personal interactions with their favourite stars, while creators can tap into innovative ways to monetise their popularity all within one platform.
