- Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge teaser suggests a slimmer design and improved camera features.
- The S25 Edge's camera setup includes a powerful 200-megapixel main camera.
- The device will retain the same 12MP ultra-wide camera found on the standard Galaxy S25.
Trusted leaker Evan Blass recently shared an image on X (formerly Twitter) showing a side profile of a smartphone with the phrase "Beyond slim." Although not officially confirmed, the polished teaser suggests that Samsung is preparing to unveil a significantly sleeker device. Combined with previous reports, it signals that the Samsung S25 launch is imminent.
Samsung S25's Camera Features Revealed Before Official Launch:
Along with the design tease, new details about the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge's camera setup have emerged. According to SammyGuru, citing regulatory database findings, the S25 Edge will feature a powerful 200-megapixel main camera — a detail previously hinted at in earlier leaks. The 200MP sensor is expected to deliver outstanding photo quality and support 2x optical-quality zoom, compensating for the lack of a dedicated telephoto lens. As excitement builds for the Samsung S25 launch, the camera performance is shaping up to be a major selling point for the device.
Samsung S25 Keeps Ultra-Wide and Selfie Cameras Consistent:
While the main sensor sees a notable upgrade, not every lens is receiving a major boost. Reports indicate that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Edge will feature the same 12MP ultra-wide camera found on the standard Galaxy S25. Additionally, it will include a 12MP selfie camera, maintaining the tradition across the S25 lineup. Some users hoping the Edge model would inherit the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra's 50MP ultra-wide lens might be disappointed. However, the 200MP primary camera is set to provide significant versatility and image clarity, making the Samsung S25 launch an event to watch closely.
Samsung Targets Slim Design Without Compromising Power:
Design leaks emphasize that Samsung is working to create one of its slimmest smartphones yet, without compromising on hardware performance. Although no exact measurements have been shared, the "Beyond slim" tagline strongly hints at a thinner and lighter frame compared to previous Galaxy S models. With all signs pointing to a reveal around May 13, expectations have soared. As a result, Samsung fans eagerly await to see whether the brand can deliver a device that combines a sleek form factor with powerful photography features—two areas the company has heavily promoted in past flagship launches.
