Doha: The FIFA Arab Cup 2025 began with a historic and emotional moment as Palestine’s football team brought joy and smiles to the faces of their war-stricken compatriots.

The opening match at Al-Habib Stadium in Qatar saw Palestine face the host nation in a tense and thrilling encounter. The stadium was packed with fans as both teams launched relentless attacks, repeatedly stopped by defenders, goalkeepers, or unlucky misses.
