In the fourth match of the Asia Cup 2025, Pakistan defeated Oman by 93 runs at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium. Pakistan won the toss and chose to bat first. They scored 160 runs for the loss of 7 wickets in their allotted 20 overs.
Mohammad Haris played a brilliant knock of 66 runs, while Sahibzada Farhan scored 29, Mohammad Nawaz made 19, Hasan Nawaz added 9, and Faheem Ashraf scored 8 runs. Fakhar Zaman remained not out on 23.
For Oman, Shah Faisal and Aamir Kaleem took 3 wickets each, while Mohammad Nadeem claimed 1 wicket. Chasing a target of 161 runs, Oman’s batting lineup collapsed and they were all out for just 67 runs in 16.4 overs.
Hammad Mirza was the top scorer for Oman with 27 runs, while Aamir Kaleem added 13. No other batter could reach double figures.
Pakistan’s bowlers delivered a strong performance, with Saim Ayub, Sufiyan Muqeem, and Faheem Ashraf taking 2 wickets each, while Shaheen Shah Afridi, Abrar Ahmed, and Mohammad Nawaz took 1 wicket each.
With this dominant win, Pakistan secured an impressive 93-run victory over Oman.
