In a recent interview with Public News, Iqrar Ul Hassan Syed addressed the criticism surrounding his family background and father. He revealed that when he exposes others, they retaliate by tarnishing his reputation and speaking ill of his father, who no longer lives with him.
Iqrar Ul Hassan said, “I belong to Naqvi Bukhari Syed sect. When I call out Shuf Shuf, he talks about my father and myself. He denies his wrongdoings by accusing me for various other things. When I was in sixth class, my father had a second marriage and we parted ways with him after which he moved to Germany. His opinions and his beliefs are with him, I have nothing to do with him. I don’t know where he is living, what he is doing, or how many marriages he has done. I am not concerned with his life. yes, I respect him a lot as a son, we also contacted a few times for a few important matters and that’s all.
Replying to the accusations on his Sharjah, Iqrar Ul Hassan said, “Without knowing about my family structure and the families of my grandfather, the Shuf Shuf challenged my background, he accused me for my background and said that I am not Syed. All the Sadaats said that they will take action regarding this after Muharram, I am Naqvi Bukhari Syed and my ancestors are from Bukhara. Well, there is a proper way to learn about Shajras through certain departments and these things can also be verified”.
Reports indicate that Iqrar Ul Hassan Syed's father, an orator, belongs to the Ahl e Tashie sect.
