KARACHI: Z2C has categorically stated that it has no involvement in the matter currently under investigation by the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), clarifying that the company itself is not under probe.
In an official statement, the company said the individual referenced in recent reports acted strictly in a personal capacity. It emphasized that the actions being reviewed were not undertaken on behalf of Z2C and bear no connection to the company’s operations, financial affairs, clients, or business activities.
The company further confirmed that no corporate systems, accounts, or funds were involved in the matter.
Z2C announced that, effective immediately and in accordance with company policy, the individual has been suspended from all duties pending the outcome of the legal proceedings and an internal review.
Reaffirming its commitment to regulatory compliance, Z2C stated that it operates as a fully compliant organization, with all financial transactions conducted through formal banking channels in line with applicable laws and regulations.
The company also expressed its willingness to fully cooperate with the relevant authorities, if required.
