Federal Minister for Information and Broadcasting Atta Tarar vowed that those who support and facilitate terrorists would face strict action.
Speaking to the media, Tarar expressed gratitude that the anti-terror operation had been successfully completed, resulting in the elimination of 33 terrorists. However, he noted that four Frontier Corps (FC) soldiers were martyred during the operation.
He highlighted that the suicide bombers had used passengers as human shields, and their elimination had dismantled the false narratives propagated by the BLA, Indian media, and PTI.
The minister reaffirmed the government's commitment to eradicating terrorism, stating that Pakistan would soon become a symbol of peace. He emphasized that the BLA’s conspiracy had been foiled and that such elements would never succeed. He also announced that the Prime Minister would visit Balochistan tomorrow.
Tarar further revealed that the Jaffar Express had 440 passengers on board and narrowly escaped a major tragedy.
