Intermittent rain and strong winds are expected in some parts of Pakistan on Sunday night and Monday, according to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD). Most of the country is currently under the influence of dry air, with a weak westerly system affecting western Balochistan and northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
On Sunday night, rain and gusty winds may occur in parts of southwest Balochistan, northern Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, and Gilgit-Baltistan.
Monday will be mostly hot and dry across the country, but there could be rain and strong winds in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and Gilgit-Baltistan.
In Islamabad and Rawalpindi, temperatures are expected to range between 31-33°C on Monday and 32-34°C on Tuesday.
Most parts of the country experienced hot and dry weather over the last 24 hours, though some areas did see isolated showers.

Sibbi remained the hottest place in Pakistan where the maximum temperature was recorded at 40°C. The maximum temperature in Dalbandin, Nokkundi and Turbat was recorded at 39°C.
In Islamabad, maximum temperature was recorded at 34°C. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 53 percent.
In Rawalpindi, maximum temperature was recorded at 33°C. Relative humidity in the evening was recorded at 38 percent.
