KARACHI: According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department (PMD) the city is expected to remain hot and humid today with no chances of rainfall.
The minimum temperature has been recorded at 28°C while the current temperature stands at around 30°C. Humidity levels have been reported at 75 percent, adding to the overall discomfort.
PMD officials stated that daytime temperatures are likely to range between 35°C and 38°C.
Westerly winds are currently blowing across the city at a speed of 20 to 24 km/h, with intermittent strong winds expected at times during the day.
Despite the heat and humidity, the weather is expected to remain mostly clear throughout the day.
