London - The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) headquarters, Pakistan High Commission London, and its consulates in Birmingham, Manchester, and Bradford are permitted to issue Smart National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (SNICOP) to Pakistani residents in the United Kingdom.
A Pakistani citizen living abroad or a dual nationality holder may apply for the NICOP. Children of Pakistani nationals or dual nationality holders are also able to apply for this card. The standard charge for New Smart NICOP is £51.50, while the urgent category fee is £64.50.
These cards provide substantial perks and incentives to the cardholders.

Bring any of the following documents: Original Pakistani passport, old ID card, domicile certificate, or matriculation certificate issued in Pakistan.
Applicants seeking for the first time must produce a full birth certificate that includes the father's and mother's names. Birth certificates without the names of the father or mother will not be accepted.
CNIC/NICOP cards for the father and mother (updated after marriage) or a true brother or sister are required. For first-time applicants, the physical presence of any such blood related (father/mother/siblings) with NICOP/CNIC is necessary.
Valid Pakistani or foreign passport.
To change marital status, the applicant must present a Nikkah Nama / Marriage Certificate.
To change his or her marital status to divorced or widowed, the applicant must present his or her spouse's divorce or death certificate.
Date of birth (DOB) changes are permitted with the presentation of a valid Pakistani/foreign passport, BRP, valid visa, Resident Permit, Work Permit, PR Card, Matriculation Certificate (issued by any Pakistani BISE), Service Book (issued by the Government of Pakistan), or court order.
A court order from a Pakistani court of law is required for the modification or updating of a parentage name. The High Commission will make the necessary modifications/updates after thoroughly reviewing the court order.
If a person does not have any blood relatives with NICOP/CNIC, the finger prints of any Pakistani citizen carrying CNIC/NICOP will be required at the NADRA office as a witness, and the case will be transferred to Pakistan for further verification.
