ISLAMABAD: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) has officially announced the resumption of its United Kingdom(UK) operations, with flights set to begin on October 25.
In the first phase, PIA will operate two weekly flights from Islamabad to Manchester, scheduled on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
According to the schedule, flights will depart from Islamabad at 12:00 PM and arrive in Manchester at 5:00 PM. The return flight from Manchester will depart at 7:00 PM and reach Islamabad at 7:00 AM.
The number of flights to Manchester will be gradually increased, and in the second phase, PIA plans to launch flights to London as well.
According to a PIA spokesperson, bookings for the flights have been opened and highly competitive fares have been introduced. Passengers will now be able to reach their destination in just 8 hours instead of 15, making travel more convenient and efficient.
The spokesperson added that PIA is extremely excited to re-launch this route after five years, reaffirming the airline’s commitment to providing passengers with comfortable travel and world-class facilities.
