LAHORE: The Special Central Court declared former federal minister Chaudhry Moonis Elahi as proclaimed offender in the money laundering case and issued a permanent arrest warrant for him.
In the money laundering case, the Special Central Court declared Moonis Elahi’s son of former chief minister Punjab as fugitive. The court also issued permanent arrest warrant for Moons Elahi.
The investigating officer (IO) submitted a report on the property of Moonis Elahi in the court, stating that Moonis Elahi's property was confiscated.
The investigating officer also submitted a report on the process of declaring Moonis Elahi as proclaimed offender.
Earlier, an accountability court declared former federal minister Moonis Elahi proclaimed offender in money laundering case.
The court also seized all bank accounts of Moonis Elahi, a son of former Punjab chief minister Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi.

The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) completed the proceeding of declaring Elahi as proclaimed offender and submitted report in court.
The court issued permanent arrest warrants of Moonis Elahi.
