KARACHI: A tragic accident occurred near Korangi Vita Chowrangi in Karachi, where a man lost his life after being hit by water tanker.
The incident, which took place on June 23, was captured on CCTV footage obtained by BOL News.
BOL News has obtained CCTV footage of the accident. The CCTV footage shows Muhammad Hashim waiting for a vehicle on the road. A water tanker is then seen reversing, striking the man and knocking him to the ground.
Tragically, the tanker then ran him over.
Following the incident the water tanker driver abandoned the vehicle and fled the scene, as captured by the CCTV cameras.
Police officials have confirmed that a case has been registered, the driver has been arrested and the tanker has been impounded.
