Taylor Swift shared the rigorous workout routine she embarked on to prepare for her highly anticipated Eras Tour.

As seen in the latest episode of her Disney+ docuseries, End of an Era, the pop superstar revealed the physical demands of the tour and the intense training she underwent to ensure she was physically ready for the challenge.

"Six months before my first rehearsal, I started running on the treadmill every single day at the tempo of the songs I was performing," Taylor admitted, adding with a laugh, "I've never worked out this much in my life it's horrible."

She further explained that the preparation was vital due to the physically demanding nature of the tour. "Anything's hard when you're scaling the entire length of an NFL stadium," she said, highlighting the vast scope of her performances.

Known for her electrifying stage presence and high-energy shows, Taylor also revealed that she was running up to eight miles during each concert, performing while singing live an endurance feat few artists would dare to attempt. "I think I run like eight miles in this show," she confessed, emphasizing the physical toll required for her lengthy performances.

The Eras Tour marked a new chapter in Taylor's career, with shows lasting longer than any of her previous tours. "The longest show I ever did before was two hours and fifteen minutes," she shared. "This one is much longer."

As the tour continues to captivate audiences worldwide, it’s clear that Taylor’s dedication to her fitness has played a crucial role in her ability to perform at the highest level night after night. Fans can look forward to more behind-the-scenes insights in the coming episodes of End of an Era.
