Sana married Muslim cleric Mufti Anas Sayed in November 2020, and the couple welcomed their first child in July 2023. Since leaving the public eye, Sana has focused on living a religious life while managing her business ventures.
Sana expressed the emotional turmoil she faced while navigating the entertainment world. She remarked on the stark contrast between her upbringing and the glamorous image she portrayed on screen, admitting, "Every Muslim knows what is Halaal and Haraam. I knew that what I was doing was not correct as per my religion".
Sana said, "I couldn’t understand when I, a simple girl wearing salwar kameez and oiling my hair to go to college, reached a stage where I was wearing backless outfits in front of the camera."
