Saheefa Jabbar Khattak, a well-known actress, recently shared a heartfelt message about her ongoing battle with depression and anxiety. In a deeply personal Instagram post, she expressed her sincere prayer to Allah, asking for strength to endure her pain or for it to be lifted completely, especially for the sake of her father who worries about her condition.

"No father deserves to see his daughter in pain. I wish for health for myself so that my father can stop worrying about me," she wrote, pouring out her feelings.

She continued, "I don’t want this hollowness to go away because I can’t handle it; Now I want it to go away because my father can’t take it." Turning to Allah, she pleaded, "Allah, you are both the Most Merciful and the Most Compassionate. Either make me strong, that I can bear this pain myself, or take it away forever,” she wished. “You know what’s best for me and what tests I should go through. I leave it in Your hands. Just make it easier for my family."

Saheefa has been open about her mental health struggles before, revealing, "I've been battling depression since 2013, although I didn't recognize it at first. For years, I thought my panic attacks were due to my temper issues." She reflected, "But as I learned more about depression and anxiety, I realized they were the cause, despite having a loving family and supportive husband."

She also shared, "Later, I discovered it runs in my family, affecting an uncle and aunt as well."
