The magazine's latest edition features a cover showing Blake Lively aiming a slingshot at Justin Baldoni, who runs while holding the “It Ends With Us” novel. The backdrop of the cover showcases the iconic Hollywood sign in the United States.
However, the actress strongly criticized the magazine cover's illustrations. A spokesperson for “The Age of Adaline” star told the source "The Hollywood Reporter” should be ashamed of itself."
They further added that the image was "outrageously insulting as it plays into every sexist trope about women who dare file a workplace complaint."

The actress criticized the outlet for its illustration after claims surfaced about her legal team investigating Baldoni's Baha'i faith. However, Lively's team clarified that the article was "extremely offensive, as it blatantly attempts to dismiss documented cases of sexual harassment and retaliation by labeling them as 'cultural misunderstandings.'"
Meanwhile, “Green Lantern” actress Blake Lively sued her co-star and “It Ends With Us” director for sexual harassment and orchestrating a smear campaign against her. In response, “Jane the Virgin” star Justin Baldoni filed a countersuit against Lively and her husband, Ryan Reynolds, accusing them of extortion and defamation.
