After being seen holding hands on a double date with Phoebe Bridgers and Bo Burnham in March, the couple sparked relationship rumors. The 41-year-old Andrew has kept his romantic life quiet despite their public appearances.
He clarified that he appreciates discretion in a 2021 interview with Bustle, saying he "intentionally keeps his romantic relationships out of the public eye."
Prior to dating Kate, Andrew had a romantic relationship with Emma Stone, his co-star in "Spider-Man," in the 2010s. He also dated Alyssa Miller, a model, until their breakup in April 2022.
