Actress Angeline Malik Compensates for Damages in Sea View Car Crash Incident

Following the viral video of a car accident involving actress Angeline Malik at Sea View, Karachi, police have issued a clarification regarding the incident. The accident, which occurred on August 28, involved Malik's Toyota Revo losing control due to a tire burst and colliding with a rickshaw and a black Toyota Corolla near the Nishan-e-Pakistan Monument.

South DIG Syed Asad Raza confirmed on Friday that the matter was resolved amicably. “The matter was settled cordially between the parties at Darakhshan Police Station after they reached a mutual agreement,” Raza stated. He explained that the driver of the damaged rickshaw did not file a complaint after Malik compensated him for repairs and injuries sustained in the crash.

The video, which surfaced after the accident, showed a crowd surrounding Malik’s car, with some individuals forcibly taking her phone while others demanded she exit the vehicle. Despite the commotion, Malik remained calm, repeatedly requesting the return of her phone and explaining she was not trying to flee.

Darakhshan police arrived at the scene to manage the situation, restore traffic flow, and investigate the cause of the tire burst.
