Elon Musk's automaker Tesla introduced its Model 3 compact sedan in North America with a new facelift at the same price.
New features in the new version of the long-range and rear-wheel-drive Model 3, Reuters reports, include a display option for rear-seat passengers.
Also, after some changes to the vehicle, it can now travel up to 341 miles on a single charge, compared to the previous 333 miles on a single charge.

Tesla has also changed its wheel designs, and now they are available in two colors: 'Stealth Grey' and 'Ultra Red'.
The Model 3 rear-wheel-drive variant is priced at $38,000, while the long-range variant is priced at $45,990.
Tesla has dropped the Model 3 Performance variant, which was the most expensive version of the compact sedan at $50,990 before federal tax credits.
The upgraded Model 3, developed under the project name "Highland," was introduced in China in September last year at a higher price. It went on sale in Europe a month later.
Analysts attributed the discounts, incentives, and design changes offered by the company to the record sales of Tesla vehicles in the last three months.
It's important to highlight that China's BYD has now become the biggest electric vehicle maker, surpassing the U.S. company Tesla. This shift indicates the challenge Tesla is facing from the Chinese company, as it ramps up the demand for reasonably priced vehicles.
