Gold price increases again in Pakistan on 20 December 2025, today.
According to All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association (APGJA), price of gold increased by Rs1,300 per tola, and settled at Rs456,162 across the country.
The price of 10 grams of gold also increased by Rs1,115, taking it to Rs391,085.
Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices recorded surge of $13, with the metal trading at $4,338 per ounce.
Silver prices also surge significantly during the session. Spot silver rose 2.6% to $67.14 per ounce, closing the week up 8.4% after reaching an intraday record of $67.45.
Analysts attribute the ongoing rally in precious metals to robust investor demand amid global economic uncertainty and anticipation of continued monetary easing by major central banks.
