Microsoft has recapped the new Microsoft 365 features from the past month, as it does every month. This time, the focus is on Outlook and Office.com, but June also saw the launch of Viva Sales, a new sales experience to drive customer relationships and sales. This month’s coolest feature is Outlook’s “Bookings with me”

This new tool helps people plan appointments with you and manages your time. Outlook lets you construct a bookings page that shows folks when you’re free and when you have meetings. You can construct several types of meetings that guests can request, and your public calendar is shared on your bookings website. Bookings with me is accessible in Office 365/Microsoft 364 A3, A5, E1, E3, E5, F1, and F3 and Microsoft 365 Business Basic, Business Standard, and Business Premium.

Microsoft has also updated Forms’ distribution and notification experience, so you can distribute quizzes and surveys more quickly by sharing a link, creating a QR code, or sending an email invitation. Microsoft Search includes new Graph connectors that can link ServiceNow articles, Confluence wikis, and Windows file shares.

Office.com’s portal also has a new look. The sign-in page has a fresh modern style, and once you’re logged in, there’s a new Create page with content templates. The company has also updated Word’s online Designer with more contextualized suggestions.

IT admins may define organization-wide rules for after-hours notifications with the company Endpoint Manager updates. The new Windows Autopatch function for Windows corporate E3 and E5 customers helps keep PCs updated.

This is in addition to the new Microsoft Teams features, which include live captioning on the web version.
